Terms and Conditions

Cancellation and Returns

Special order and manufactured goods are non-cancellable and non-returnable.  Stock items are returnable if they are in the original packaging and in new condition.  Used items will not be accepted for return.  After 15 days, a 15% restocking fee applies for stock items.

Warranties

The warranty coverage for each item is the warranty coverage that the manufacturer of that item offers.  Forshaw does not offer any implied or explicit warranty above the manufactured warranty.  To file a warranty claim, call 314-993-5570 or email info@forshaws.com.  Warranty claims require photos and a description of the problem or defective part.  After we receive a confirmation from the vendor, we will advise if the warranty repair or replacement will be done with parts we stock or if we need to order parts, as well as lead time for completion of the claim.
