All Forshaw showrooms are now open to the public

Forshaw showrooms are open to the public starting on 5.18.20.  You do not need to make an appointment.  We are practicing social distancing and increased daily cleaning to keep our team and customers safe.  We ask that all our customers and vendors wear masks or face coverings to comply with the St. Louis County guidelines.

When you place an order online, you can select curbside pickup ("pickup from warehouse..."), and you will receive notifications on with instructions for picking up your order.  Typically curbside orders are ready very quickly. 

We require both employees and cusotmers to wear face coverings

In the best interests of both our customers and our employees, we are requiring all store visitors and all employees to wear face coverings per St. Louis County Guidelines in public places where social distancing is not possible.  While sometimes inconvenient, masks are a great tool to reduce spread of the virus and preserve health.

Parking spaces will be limited and store traffic patterns will be changed to promote distancing

We will limit the number of people who can be in the store at one time.  This will ensure that guests stay apart from one another.  Customers will enter through a door at one end of the building and will exit through another door at the other end of the building.  Both doors will be marked accordingly with “enter only” and “exit only” clings.

We are offering contact-free curbside pickup for orders places online and over the phone

When you place an order online or over the phone, we will send you a notification email as soon as your order is ready with instructions for contact-free pickup.  Orders are staged on our loading dock so that you can come and pick up items without coming in the store and without contacting any staff.  We ask that you bring helpers as needed to load heavy or bulky items which require more than one person to lift or move.

We are offering outdoor, contact-free deliveries only until further notice

We are offering only outdoor, contact-free delivery service until further notice.  We have suspended indoor deliveries, indoor fireplace consultations, as well as indoor service calls until further notice.  All delivery orders must be prepaid by phone or online ahead of the delivery appointment so ensure that we maintain a contact-free experience.

Some service, installation, or delivery appointments may need to be rescheduled

We are working to ensure as little interruption to our customers as possible, but we will need to reschedule some appointments as the outbreak progresses.  If we experience supply chain interruptions, or if conditions change, we will need to reschedule.  We will do our best to minimize this impact to you, but we will prioritize safety of our customers and employees.  We ask for your patience, and assure you that we will complete your project as soon as we are able.  We will notify you as far in advance as possible of schedule changes.

Select areas will be targeted for increased daily cleaning

Our employee workstations, front counter, office space, door handles, and bathrooms will be disinfected daily.  Our janitorial team will be vigilant in disinfecting sinks, toilet, and handles, as well as ensuring that toilet paper, paper towels, and soap are available in all bathrooms.  We are doing our best to ensure our store is clean and sanitized for both our customers and our team members.

This pandemic is a very trying time for our nation and our local community. In our business, our family, (Rick, Peter, John, Nathan, & Rick Sr.) stives to see the humanity in others, and during this crisis, we will continue to treat our customers, employees, suppliers, & business partners with respect and conscientiousness.
