All Forshaw locations are operating normally
Forshaw showrooms are open to the public. You do not need to make an appointment. As of 2/28/22, we are not requiring facemasks for guests or employees. If you would like us to wear a mask during your visit, please let us know and we are happy to do that.

When you place an order online, you can select curbside pickup (“pickup from warehouse…”), and you will receive notifications on with instructions for picking up your order. Typically curbside orders are ready very quickly.
Aftershocks from the COVID-19 shutdowns and subsequent demand for home products have created slowdowns in the global supply chain that could affect your order
Slower global shipping and raw materials availability (particularly outdoor fabrics and stainless steel) have both caused our inbound supply chain cycle to be much slower than normal. Despite this, we have a HUGE inventory of in-stock items that you can take home today. When you do place an order for non-stock items, we generally do have an accurate idea of how long it will take us to receive your order, and we do communicate about changes to lead times automatically via email as we are advised of delays from our vendors. We do our best to provide accurate information and to send you new information about your order as we find it out (IE if we are notified of a vendor of a material delay, we email you automatically with the new ETA). We have made a large investment in expanded warehousing and inventory to have the products you want, when you want them.
Some service, installation, or delivery appointments may need to be rescheduled
We are working to ensure as little interruption to our customers as possible, but we will need to reschedule some appointments if items on your order are delayed in arriving to us. We will do our best to minimize the supply chain impact to you, but there may be cases of delays beyond our control. We ask for your patience, and assure you that we will complete your project as soon as we are able. We will notify you as far in advance as possible of schedule changes.
We continue to offer contact-free curbside pickup for orders placed online and over the phone if desired
When you place an order online or over the phone, we will send you a notification email as soon as your order is ready with instructions for contact-free pickup. Orders are staged on our loading dock so that you can come and pick up items without coming in the store and without contacting any staff. We ask that you bring helpers as needed to load heavy or bulky items which require more than one person to lift or move.
