Seaside Casual offers a limited warranty (for normal use) against the structural failure of Envirowood Furniture for upto 20 years for residential use and up to 5 years for commercial use (both warranties are from date of purchase). We further warranty our furniture to be free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for up to 1 year from date of purchase. Seaside will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective furniture with the same or similar product (if discontinued) at no charge. No cash refunds will be made. Shipping and handling is not covered by this warranty. Envirowood, although extremely durable to the elements, may fade when exposed to direct sunlight and some elements may cause staining of the furniture surface. Fading and staining are excluded from this warranty. This warranty applies to Envirowood Furniture manufactured after January 1, 1999 and applies to the original purchaser only.
