LIMITED WARRANTY INFRATECH warrants all products it manufactures against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of THREE (3) years from the original date of purchase by the first product consumer/user. INFRATECH, at its sole option, will either repair or replace a defective product with another product of like size and kind or refund the purchase price. This warranty is conditioned on the following return procedure. Consumer/User shall contact FORSHAW (toll-free 800-367-7429) to obtain a return authorization. The defective product shall be returned with proof of purchase to FORSHAW for inspection. Upon repair or replacement of a defective product, items will be returned to the consumer/user with all shipping charges prepaid. Upon product inspection, it is determined that no defect exists, the parties initiating a return authorization will be notified regarding any cost or recommended repairs and, if made, shall be invoiced and returned via collect freight. This warranty shall not apply to issues resulting from misuse of products or in cases where items have been improperly installed or maintained, altered, physically damaged, or operated beyond the limits of their intended use. INFRATECH makes no other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
