Gabby warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original shipment. For upholstered products, Gabby warrants to the original purchaser protection against manufacturing defect in frame, mechanism, cushion and spring components for three (3) years from the date of the original shipment, as long as the product remains upholstered in original fabric.
