7 large Granny Smith Apples Sliced & Peeled
½ cup Amaretto Liquor
6 Tablespoons Butter
4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
Prepare apples and put in a large Ziplock bag with the liqueur to marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Melt butter in a saute pan and add the apples, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Simmer, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender, about 20 minutes.
